Recova is a QR-based lost-item recovery platform that helps you reconnect with your lost belongings. Attach a Recova QR sticker or tag to your items, and if someone finds them, they can scan the code and send you a report to help arrange their return.
Register your item on the Recova platform and attach its QR sticker or tag. If you lose the item, someone who finds it can scan the QR code using their smartphone and submit a report. Recova notifies you so you can follow up and arrange recovery.
No. The finder can scan the QR code with a compatible smartphone camera and open the reporting page in their browser. They do not need to install the Recova app.
You can use Recova stickers on suitable belongings such as bags, books, laptops, water bottles, storage cases, and other personal items. Make sure the sticker is attached securely and remains visible and scannable.

Visit the Recova website, create or access your account, and follow the available instructions to register your tag and link it to your item. If you need help, contact our support team.
The QR code takes the finder to Recova's reporting page, where they can submit information about the found item. You receive a notification when a report is submitted, allowing you to follow up.
No. Recova is designed to help finders report found items through QR scans; it does not provide live GPS tracking of your belongings. A scan or report can help you learn about a found item, but it does not show your item's continuous location.
Yes. Your contact details are never shown to finders — they see only the item name and the report form. You choose how and when to contact them. Recova does not sell your data or share it with third parties. Review the privacy policy for full details.
No. Recova provides a way for someone who finds your item to report it, but recovery depends on factors such as whether the item is found, whether the finder scans the QR code, and whether you can arrange its return. We aim to make that process easier, not promise every item will be recovered.
Yes, Recova's QR-tag approach is designed to let users identify multiple belongings. Each item should have its own correctly registered tag. The number of items you can manage and any subscription requirements depend on your current plan.
Yes. Recova has a subscription module on its platform. Available plans, prices, and the features included in each plan should be checked on the platform before subscribing.
